This is a Beautiful example of an original York County Screw Tip powder horn. It has extremely nice and petite moldings on the carved Apple Wood base plug and a very nicely turned spout. It has that curve and twist that is so highly desirable on any powder horn for comfort and carry. This is a nice sized horn as well with the overall length on the outside curve being approximately 15". An absolutely fabulous example of an original York County Screw Tip in original condition with great character.
