Here’s a nice 54 caliber York County style rifle with iron mounts by D.K. Lisle. The rifle is stock in a nice piece of curly maple that exhibits full curl front to back. It features a 42″ swamped Colerain barrel with six groove round bottom rifling. The lock is a Deluxe Siler from Chambers Flintlocks that has been paired with a Davis “Bivins” trigger. The rifle is fully iron mounted with all hand made ram rod pipes and a hand made 2 piece patchbox. It is signed “D.K. Lisle” on the top flat and “#122″ at the breech. Overall this rifle is in excellent condition and does not appear to have hardly ever been used. The length of pull is approx. 13 1/2”.
