In Stock and Ready to Ship! Here is one of our Colonial American Pistol Kits in .50 caliber Smoothbore with a Curly Maple Stock.
Our Colonial Pistol Kit is based largely on the work of immigrant German Gunsmiths in Eastern Pennsylvania prior to, and during the Revolutionary War, with a focus on York & Lancaster County. It features our custom profiled CNC Machined barrel by Rice Barrel Co. which measures 8 3/4″ long with an octagon to round profile, tapered and flared, and a wedding band transition. For the lock we are using a small siler by Jim Chambers Flintlocks Ltd. and for the trigger we are using a heavily modified Davis pistol trigger. All of the brass components for this pistol have been designed in house. The mounts are being cast exclusively for our kits and are of the highest quality possible. All necessary parts are included in the kit to complete a finished pistol, such as the touch hole liner, screws, bolts, and pin stock.
