Here we have a beautifully crafted 19th Century double barrel muzzleloading sporting shotgun that was made in Mainz Germany. It features full tapered damascus barrels with 20 gauge bores, gold inlay, and hand engraved breeching. Engraved percussion locks signed GEBR LINDENSCHMIT IN MAINZ. The locks feature half cock locks and function crisp and clean as they should. All Hand engraved iron mounts throughout, accenting a burled walnut stock with a hand checkered wrist.
Overall length is 44 1/2″ with a weight of 5lbs 15oz.
