Custom made Plains rifle built by Dave Howell of “Howell’s Gunstocks & Flintlocks”. Dave selected a beautiful piece of presentation grade curly Ash for this rifle and the curl is quite impressive. It features a 29″ long Green Mountain Barrel with a .36 caliber bore. The lock is a Hand-Tuned L&R Flintlock and it’s paired up to Davis double-set triggers. The rifle features lightly aged iron mounts, an adjustable rear sight, and a keyed barrel for quick and easy removal. This rifle remains in “Like New” condition and appears to have hardly been shot. It measures 46″ in overall length with a 14 3/8″ trigger pull and weighs 8 lbs. 14 oz.
