50 caliber Yorktown Rifle SOLD

Available for purchase is one of our Yorktown Rifles stocked in a beautiful piece of Presentation quality Pennsylvania curly Maple. We built this rifle for ourselves, and it remains in brand new, unfired condition. We were sure to select the best piece of wood possible for this build, and it shows in the beautiful curl that runs from buttstock to muzzle. We hand coned the muzzle of the .50 caliber Colerain barrel to ensure easy loading. The rear sight is a custom filed and decorated one we did just for this build. The lock is a Large Siler that is hand tuned and modified for a super fast ignition. All the brasses are hand polished and now have a very nice natural aged look to them. The stain is nitric and the finish is a traditional hand rubbed oil finish as always. Barrel length on the Yorktown is 39″ and the trigger pull on the Davis double-set triggers comes in right at 13 3/4″. This is a gorgeous rifle that offers a lot of very nice features, and is ready for pick up today!
