This is a beautifully made antique checker board, possibly one of the nicest ones I’ve seen. Measuring just under 20″ across it’s a great size for both playing or displaying. The multi species inlay work is very nicely done and adds a lot of artistry and quality to the piece. It shows typical wear of a period piece, with minor cracks and wood movement, but is overall in solid condition.
