This large fighting knife by Shane was hand forged from 1095 spring steel, featuring a 10″ blade with an overall length of 15″. The thickness of the spine at the bolster is almost 1/4″ and the height of the blade is 1 5/8″. Construction of the knife consists of a full through tang that is threaded and screwed into the Sterling silver pommel cap. The bolster on the knife is made from sterling silver as well, and is faceted in an octagonal shape along with the curly maple handle. Both the bolster and the pommel were fully hand engraved by Brad Emig. The S-Guard is hand forged from mild steel, snuggly fit between the blade and the bolster, tapering in every direction and ending in small scrolls at the tips. The hand sewn sheath was custom made for this knife by Chris Warner, and holds the knife extremely snug.
